Refunds, Returns & Shipping

Please Note: all orders are final. Orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns or exchanges.  

However, we will evaluate each request for a refund, return and/or cancellation on a case-by-case basis. We understand the importance of receiving what speaks to you and more so what will serve you, but we will not be able to honor all requests received.

Please allow for 5-7 days for your order(s) to ship. We will always try our best to send all orders out as quickly as possible.

It is important to remember that no two natural stones will be identical, and will have varying shades, patterns and/or inclusions. Additionally, they may also have various imperfections and appear differently in various lighting. We will do our best to note when chips and other imperfections are noticeable, however, we cannot guarantee we will capture them all.

We are not responsible for damage to any product, including jewelry, after it has been shipped, received and/or worn. Please make sure you understand the sizing of any jewelry prior to purchasing. Please take care of your crystals and jewelry. It is recommended that you do not wear any jewelry during activities in which it may be exposed to water, excessive sunlight and/or may break due to catching. All jewelry, especially stretch-band bracelets have their limits if not properly cared for; jewelry that may be broken due to mishandling will not be replaced or refunded. Unless otherwise stated, jewelry is silver- or gold-plated brass, however void of any heavy metals. That does not mean we can guarantee that no reactions will occur. Plated jewelry, when properly cared for, will retain its quality for several years. Crystals that have lost their color due to exposure to sunlight will not be eligible for any replacements and/or refunds.

Returns and/or refunds that are approved will only be issued a store credit upon receipt of the item(s) and a thorough inspection of them. Please keep this in mind when requesting a return/refund.

Any suspected fraudulent refunds via card merchants will result in a customer ban on this site from future purchases. We are a small business that relies on the income from this store as a living. We will not tolerate any disrespect to us or our store.
